Something came up and I can’t come to conference, can I get a refund?


Wonder 2022 ticket are non-refundable BUT you may still be able to transfer your registration to a friend or you can use your ticket purchase to help someone who can’t afford to attend. Please feel free to call (314) 635-2000 to make that change!

If you don’t want to miss out on conference, you can purchase the on-demand link to get the recorded event! This link is will give you access to conference for a whole year! Just go to the registration tab on the menu.

Can I be a Volunteer?


Ladies, this event is for YOU! But we are calling on A Few Good Men to help make your experience, WONDERFUL! If you know a guy who might light to serve, they can register for their specific city, here:

Will you have childcare available? Do I need to register my child if I want to bring them?


Unfortunately, childcare is not available for our annual ticket conferences. We want you to get the most out of this event, so we always encourage making childcare arrangements if possible. If your child will need a seat, they will need a ticket.

The Virtual Party Packs are also an option. You can watch the conference from the comfort of your couch!

Will food be available at the conference?


Food trucks with food for purchase will be available on-site on Friday before the doors open to the event. We will also have a light breakfast & boxed lunch available on Saturday.

Our Portico (coffee shop) will be open with hot & cold drinks and snacks available for purchase in between sessions. The Portico will be closed during each session.

I have some food restrictions in my diet, what options will be available for breakfast and lunch on Saturday?


We will have gluten-free and vegetarian options for both breakfast and lunch!

I will be traveling in town for the event, do you have any hotels that you would recommend?


We have a hotel room block set up for both the St. Louis, MO & West Palm Beach, FL events! These hotel room blocks will allow you to reserve your room at a discounted rate. There are a select number of rooms in the blocks so we recommend making your reservation soon.

Are there any COVID restrictions in place for Wonder 2022?


We are always looking out for the health and safety of our conference attendees. As of now, there are no restrictions in place. We will continue to update out website if any restrictions arise!

When will the venue doors open?


Friday (in both MO & FL) Check-in will open at 5:30PM and Session 1 will begin at 6:45PM.

Saturday Friday (in both MO & FL) Check-in will open at 9AM and Session 2 will begin at 10:15AM.

The building doors will open when check-in does. The auditorium doors will open a bit later. To enter the auditorium – anyone in need of wheelchair accessible seating will enter first, premium ticket holders will enter second and standard ticket holders will enter third. There will be signage posted to help direct you.

Are there assigned seats?


Our premium ticket holders, special guests & circle of friends will have special seating available. All standard ticket holders will have general seating. Ushers will be available to help you find a seat in the right section!

My friend has a premium ticket and I have a standard ticket, can I sit with them?


Our premium tickets holder sections only accommodate a certain number of people, so we will not be able to seat standard ticket holders in the premium sections. If your friend is not worried about the “special seating”, they are welcome to join you in the standard seating sections. Our buildings are set up to ensure that every single attendee will have a great experience, but premium ticket seating is a plus!

Can I leave my personal items on seats to save them?


In order to make it fair for everyone, we ask that there is no “seat saving” for yourself or for friends, plus there will not be access to the auditorium until doors open. Different ticket type holders will enter the auditorium at different times each day, we hope that this will make it easy for you and your friends to get seats at the same time.

We don’t encourage ever leaving your personal items unattended.

Will special arrangements be made for Wheelchair Accessible seating?


We accommodate all guests! There will be early entrance for anyone who needs assistance. Just look for a “staff” badge to help get you where you need to go! We will have ushers in place to assist you.

How long are the conference sessions?


There are 3 sessions and each one lasts roughly 2-2 ½ hours.
